Twitter Capsule: Quite watchable despite pieties and clichés. Even when core gets soft, the edges prove rather interesting.

VOR:   Never quite overcomes the incongruity of patently studio-baked production and deeply devout theme. Still, it's a noble attempt, and a remarkable document of star-making, too.
