In Brief: Highs, lows in all areas. Script wily and silly. Pro cast unevenly directed. Nicely shot except when not. DC well used.

VOR: ③  Dave Kehr nailed it: "Better than it has to be and not as good as it ought to be." Costner in those Navy whites is a national landmark.
