In Brief: Striking visual contrasts of pitch black and lapidary color. Otherwise? Stilted and overridingly ridiculous.

VOR: ④  I don't begrudge Herzog taking some artistic risks, even if they entailed some bad ethical judgment. Creepy conviction, undeniably influential.
