First screened in April 2020
Director: Robert Lepage. Cast: Anne-Marie Cadieux, Alexis Martin, Richard Fréchette, Marie Gignac, Marie Brassard, Eric Bernier, Patrice Godin, Jean Charest, Normand Bissonnette, Jules Philip, Tony Conte, Ghislaine Vincent, Michel Lee, Walter T. Cassidy. Screenplay: Robert Lepage and André Morency (based on a section of Lepage's play Seven Streams of the River Ota).

Twitter Capsule: Countries on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown. Plot busily connects national and amorous ideas of separatism, to middling ends.

VOR:   After many tries, I'm still unsure that Lepage's theatrical gifts translate on screen. Still, I value the ideas and the cultural-political farce-not-farce.
