1. Most convincing ice crystal is the movie - lensing and score, repetitions - frosted glass 2. Fire and water 3. Scene construction - EK opening a door while we sense someone behind him - RJ as Zodiac killer in semi-comic contretemps 4. Sheer seriousness of KSM & CGM, of most laudable kind 5. Bullying, kid's eye > Black Swan (cubes, jungle gyms > teddy bears, blabbing paintings) 6. Knitting needle structure 7. Telephone cord across the shot - 80s + visual tension 8. CGI lamentable: tunnel, Manson, crash, pool (but budget) 9. Sheer scrawniness of KSM (Mike Myers, could reprod. bullying cycle) 10. LTROI Not yet reviewed in full. Grade: B+
