Twitter Capsule: Felt uneven at first but it finally attains the grandeur, anger, and clarity of August Wilson.

Second Capsule: I know this is rarely our material or our budgetary reality anymore, but boy, would I have loved for this movie to be filmed on 35mm.

VOR:   A real rarity. The script takes a gamble on unusual structures and surprises, in relation to pervasive issues that deserve more popular exploration.
