Screenplay: Jonathan Nolan and Christopher Nolan.

Twitter Capsule: A genuine conundrum. Formidable, frustrating, ambitious, and frequently laughable. I have to think about it. Might shop at it.

Second Capsule: Bold imagination, urgent intents, but script, style are clunky and pacifying. Personal, planetary loyalties confused.

Third Capsule: A swing for the fences I'd urge everyone to see and a nonsense where people say, e.g., "I'm sorry, but you knew about relativity."

Fourth Capsule: Grandeur and ambition more humbling second time. Script's howlers less injurious but structure, montage still shaky.

VOR:   Like Inception, a paragon of frustratingly executed projects that are creatively and thematically ambitious. Important marshaling of all-but-extinct material platforms. Timely in lots of ways.
