In Brief: Goals rather exceed an ambitious first-timer's reach, but I dig the song expansion and the reprise of 70s tones.

VOR: ③  Doesn't hold up to every form of scrutiny, even while watching, but Penn has given his actors interesting room and builds to a moving end. Rare.
