In Brief: There's a welcome detail to the film's domesticity, even after disaster strikes. Still, stolid in style. Rushed end.

VOR: ③  A limit to how much originality I can grant here, but in Brazil's current, precarious politics (and the US's, and everyone's), this story matters.
