In Brief: Engaging if smallish human interest doc about burying pets spirals out to broader, prismatic reflections on life.

VOR:   Estimation likely boosted by Morris's future arc and Ebert's famous blessing, but this is a unique achievement, all the more so for '78 nonfiction.

Grade: B+
