2001 Oscar Predictions:
Who Will Win, and Who Should

Okay! We've got five days to go and it's time for me to go down the line and commit myself to predictions in all the divisions. For those of you who are frequent visitors and correspondents, however, don't worry that I've lost my personality—I'm still petty and self-absorbed! In the right-hand column, I've denoted for whom I would vote in all races save the Animated, Live Action, and Documentary Short categories. Finally, I have observed no preference in the Foreign Language and Documentary Feature categories, since even I am not so self-absorbed as to declaim authority among movies I have not seen.
