Girls Don't Fly
First screened in September 2016
Director: Monika Grassl. Documentary about an entrepreneurial UK philanthropist who co-founds a flight school for Ghanaian girls but keeps postponing their chances to get into the cockpit.

Twitter Capsule: Inspiring tale of outside-the-box philanthropy becomes one of cynical exploitation. Sad, but sharp and observant.

VOR:   Audiences who see a lot of exposé or activist documentaries will have seen this film's like a few times, but it still lands with a punch.
